Writing romantic comedy is even nicer because you get to write about how insane we all act when we’re falling in love.

What is a Romantic Comedy?
A romantic comedy is a contemporary romance where there is a great dose of humour and laughs in the book. The romantic relationship is still the key focus of the story, however.
Romantic comedies – also known as romcoms – are generally more upbeat and lighthearted than a contemporary romance. They can be silly or just funny, but you should definitely find yourself laughing out loud on many occasions throughout the story.
