I read what I like to write: romantic suspense. I also love thrillers and novels of suspense, but I can’t handle extreme violence and torture.

What is Romantic Suspense?
Romantic suspense tends to be contemporary romance where, alongside the key romantic relationship, there is a suspense or thriller plot.
While there is obviously going to be some danger and intrigue in a romantic suspense novel, it’s not going to be as terrifying as a horror, or as knuckle-biting as a straight thriller.
You can expect guns, rolling over hoods of cars, dodging bullets, stolen kisses and fast paced plots.
