There’s something joyous about reading about new adult romance – of characters going through their first adult experiences of freedom, discovery, love and romance.

What is New Adult Romance?
New adult romance is romance written about characters between 18 and 25 years of age.
As a result, our couple are usually in college, or have just left, and are experiencing their first adventures into adulthood. Their stories tell of all the excitement, angst and emotion those experiences bring.
There can be little difference between new adult romance and contemporary romance. Each has the romantic relationship at the centre of the story – and can be sweet or sexy, dark or light. And it’s not just for millenials. Anyone can read and enjoy the new adult romance genre.
