Romance novels are my favorite books to read. I write young adult romances, and am so happy to be promoting this wonderful genre.

What is young adult romance?
Young adult romance is romance written about characters between 13 and 18 years of age. Not to be confused with new adult romance.
Although there are a wide range of stories contained within this genre, due to the age of the protagonists, there tends to be a lot of emotion and angst included.
For characters in the upper end of the age range – there can be some sex scenes and themes similar to those in new adult or contemporary romances.
And these romances are NOT just for teens. I’m not a Regency Duchess yet I still read historical romance. Neither am I a blue alien from the planet Zod yet I’ve been known to pick up a paranormal romance on occasion. So if you like the sound of the story – give YA romance a go.
